I have already a massdrop account. I don’t have any Pelikan pen and I would like to proof the difference of writing compared to my pilot and nakaia pens. It would be very exciting to improve another way of writing. Trying different types of fountain pens on day to day usage is very, very pleasant.

I’ve gotten a couple of great deals on some fountain pens I’d been wanting for a while (a Lamy 2000 and a Platinum 3776). I think I’d use the Pelikan m400 to journal and start outlining a novel I’ve been thinking about writing for a while.
I’m already a Massdrop member and love the site! The Pelikan is great-looking. I have the M205, which is a steel nib, but I’ve always wanted to try the gold nib. Because of the pen’s relatively smaller size, I would use it as my daily carry pen.
